In order to keep the information published on the Portal updated, its contents may be modified, corrected, deleted or added to at any time, so it will be advisable to check their validity or accuracy by going to official sources.
The design of the portal and its source code, logos, brands and other distinctive signs that appear therein belong to the Local Government of Lanzarote, and are protected by the corresponding intellectual property rights.

The Local Government of Lanzarote is not liable regarding the contractual relationships carried out between users and the producers related to the Digital Platform Taste Lanzarote on Food Km 0. Likewise, it is not liable regarding transactions, any delays or inconveniences that may arise in the collection of the purchased merchandise or contracted services.
The Digital Platform Taste Lanzarote on Food Km 0 is formed as a virtual meeting point for the marketing of agri-food products from Lanzarote and La Graciosa, with the aim of contributing to the dissemination of its proposals, promoting the establishment of new marketing channels for its products, as well as establishing dynamics of proximity and immediacy with the final consumer.
The Local Government of Lanzarote does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the services offered by the businesses/producers that have voluntarily joined the platform, so it will not be liable for any damages that may be caused as a result of the lack of availability and/or continuity.
The Local Government of Lanzarote does not guarantee the legality, reliability, usefulness, veracity, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents and services of the Portal, whether provided directly or by third parties, including links to other content (links), so it will not be liable for any damages that users may suffer as a result of the illegality, unreliability, uselessness, inaccuracy, lack of veracity, non-completeness and/or non-updateness of the services and/or contents.
- The services and information offered by the Portal are completely free.
- The use of this Portal is governed by the Spanish legal system and by these general conditions. Any controversy arising from the interpretation, execution and/or use of this Portal will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Arrecife.
