Ten years of achieving gastronomic success through the biggest Food and Wine Festival in the Canary Islands.

Our gastronomic heritage is the reward of years of developing the land, perfecting techniques and human impulse. Strengthening the sectors that make up the island’s gastronomy is essential in order to take advantage of its full potential, an activity that begins with farming, fishing or grazing, and ends with the promotion of an exceptional product.
